Warranty and Returns Policy

Overview

Our goal is to create a great customer experience and proper customer service is the foundation of that goal. If you have an issue, please reach out to us and we will work with you to make the situation right.

Warranty and Guarantee

In the unlikelihood that a defect is found, we offer an “Error-free Guarantee” which covers any manufacturing errors for 24 months. 

There are certain situations where a warranty claim may not be granted:

  • There is clear damage caused by improper use or care.
  • Visible scratches, knocks and dents.
  • Water ingress due to improper use of crown.
  • Mechanical failure from aggressive use.
  • Modification or repair not preformed by us.

Free Repairs

Our free repairs cover all our watches and any damage caused by our customers. Customer only pays for parts needed and shipping costs. All work is preformed free of charge and each watch is resealed and calibrated before returning to you.

Returns

Our returns window is within 14 days of the item being delivered. Any customized product is not returnable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unaltered.

There are certain situations where a partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.*
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
  • Items are slightly different from images found on this site. **

The cost and labor of damaged parts replacement will be at the cost of the purchaser.*

Although we strive to make sure all images are as accurate as possible, some variation may be found due to lighting or screens. **

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, it may be due to payment processing times that are not in our control. If you are concerned, feel free to reach out to us to confirm the refund has be processed on our end. Contacting your bank or credit card may also provide insight into the delay.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded and are final.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If returning as part of our guarantee, we will provide a return label for you. If you wish to ship yourself, shipping costs will be refunded to you at the cost of a reasonable cost of a label. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and you will remain responsible until it is received by us.
